By accessing or using our website at https://statehatch.com, our catalog interfaces, or any associated APIs and automated syndication services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
StateHatch provides sovereign provenance registries, hash-chained cryptographic receipts, and automated catalog syndication for limited physical art releases. Our services include automated publishing integrations with third-party platforms including Pinterest and Etsy to showcase verified artworks and studio deliverables.
When connecting third-party platforms (such as Pinterest) through our OAuth integrations, you grant StateHatch authorization to perform only the explicit scopes granted during authentication (such as creating and syncing product pins to your authorized boards). Specifically, StateHatch Catalogue Sync connects to Pinterest solely to automate catalog pin publishing to authorized boards, without sharing data with third parties. You retain full ownership and control over your third-party accounts and may revoke access at any time through the respective platform's account application settings.
StateHatch issues Ed25519-signed provenance certificates and anchoring hashes for authenticated physical works. These receipts document point-in-time creation records. Ownership of physical pieces is determined by verified purchase receipts and possession of valid provenance certificates.
You agree not to misuse our Service, attempt to forge or alter cryptographic receipts, disrupt the operation of our syndication endpoints, or reverse-engineer the private ledger services. Any unauthorized automated crawling, scraping outside public standards, or denial-of-service attempts is strictly prohibited.
All trademarks, branding, original art designs, interface code, and cryptographic protocols published by StateHatch are the intellectual property of StateHatch and its licensors. Unauthorized copying or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. StateHatch disclaims all statutory and implied warranties. In no event shall StateHatch be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
